Warranty Conditions for Continued Coverage
Post-Settlement Inspections:
Monumental Pest Control requires both an interior and exterior inspection of the home within 90 days post-settlement. Failure to complete these inspections may result in the suspension or voiding of warranty coverage.Account Standing:
The homeowner’s account must remain current and in good standing, with no outstanding balances. Warranty coverage may be suspended or deemed void if payments are delinquent.
